- On-Demand and Short-Term Counseling — in-the-moment mental health counseling any time, plus scheduled short-term sessions by phone, video or in person. 100% confidential.
- Wellbeing and Practical Daily Support — a concierge for eldercare and childcare research, daily living, legal and financial guidance, and life coaching.
- Virtual Psychology — one-to-one talk therapy with a licensed psychologist.
- Virtual Psychiatry — U.S.-based, board-certified psychiatrists who can diagnose, treat and prescribe.
- Savings Tools — up to 85% off prescriptions at local pharmacies, plus medical bill savings.

- Average provider call-back is under 17 minutes nationwide.
- New psychology and psychiatry patients are typically scheduled within three business days.
When to use it
- Instead of the ER or urgent care for a non-emergency
- Nights, weekends and holidays, or when your regular doctor isn't available
- For prescriptions or refills, where appropriate
- While traveling and in need of care
What it costs
No copays, deductibles or per-call charges for any AllyHealth service.
