Make your 2027 elections in Paycor
Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 20, 2026
Coverage you elect now takes effect January 1, 2027. Log into your Paycor account and choose one of: I do not want this benefit, Keep my Selection, or View Plan Options.
This is a passive enrollment. If you do not log into Paycor, your current
coverages roll over automatically for January 1, 2027. That is convenient, but it also means
you will not see the new deductibles, and you will not be enrolled in the new FSA unless you
actively elect it.
- All benefit payments are made through payroll deductions.
- Open enrollment is the only time you can change elections, unless you have a qualifying life event.
- After a qualifying event — marriage, divorce, a birth, a change in a child's student status, or a spouse losing coverage — you have 30 days to contact HR.

New for 2027. Set aside pre-tax pay through Flores for medical, dental and vision costs, or for dependent day care. Badger matches up to $10 a week. Health Care FSA up to $3,500, with up to $700 rolling over. Dependent Care up to $7,500.
Life & DisabilityBasic Life & AD&D
Employer-paid life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment cover through Sun Life, at no cost to you. Amount is based on your class. Check your beneficiary.
Life & DisabilityShort-Term Disability
Employer-paid income protection through Sun Life if you can't work because of injury or illness. No cost to you. Your benefit is based on your class — ask HR.
Voluntary BenefitsSupplemental Coverage
Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity cover through Sun Life — cash paid directly to you, on top of your medical plan. A cleaning at a participating dentist triggers a $50 wellness payment on each policy you hold.
