The 2027 program

Everything below describes the 2026 program.

2026 is still open — it is not too late

If you have not signed up for 2026, you can still do it, and you can still submit activity from this year to be reimbursed. You do not have to wait for the 2027 program to start earning.

• Sign up in the IncentFit app or at app.incentfit.com/login.
• Submit your 2026 activity — your dashboard shows what qualifies and what each activity pays.
• Rewards reach you quarterly through payroll, so allow time for the next payroll cycle.

Rewards for being physically active, tracked through the app or a synced device.

Preventive care

Rewards for staying ahead of health issues. Eligible activities include:

Health risk assessments

Completing an HRA counts toward your rewards and shapes what the program suggests for you.

Your dashboard shows the current list of eligible activities and what each one pays.

Getting started

• Download the IncentFit app, or go to app.incentfit.com/login.
• Log in with your email address or employee ID, using your company credentials.
• Complete the To-Do List on your dashboard to finish setting up.

Getting the most out of it

• Turn on push notifications for nudges about challenges and rewards.
• Check in regularly — the activity list changes and new options appear.
• Support is a U.S.-based team, plus in-app guides and help content.

How rewards are paid

Rewards are paid quarterly through payroll. The program is built around progress rather than perfection — you don't need to change everything at once to start earning.

Rewards are taxable income. Like any other payroll earnings they are subject to withholding and appear on your W-2, so the amount that reaches your paycheck will be less than the amount you earn.

Your privacy

• Your health and activity data is protected under federal privacy law (HIPAA).
• IncentFit does not sell your data or share it without your permission.
• Only the data needed to track progress and pay rewards is collected.

Who's eligible

Only employees enrolled in the Badger medical plan can participate at this time. Rewards are paid through payroll, so participation is also tied to active employment.
