• Reimbursement of your out-of-pocket medical bills, up to $1,000 a year for single coverage and up to $2,000 a year for a family.
• A Concierge team that will find you a specialist or PCP, confirm they're in network and taking patients, and answer claim questions.

Using Garner together with the Aetna network can potentially eliminate your deductible.

How to use it

The order matters — add a doctor to your Care Team before the visit, or the visit may not be reimbursable.

• Search for top doctors in the Garner app.
• Add the doctor to your Care Team before your appointment.
• Submit your out-of-pocket bills and get reimbursed.

Create your account at garner.guide/create-my-account. When you create your account, select Markovitz as the employer — not Badger Industries.

For claim questions, contact the Concierge with the total claim amount, date of service, provider name and procedure description. They respond within one business day.

A note on nurse practitioners

Nurse practitioners aren't listed in the app. If yours practices under a doctor who is a Top Provider, the Concierge can add them to your approved providers and Care Team — just ask.
